To avoid ongoing confusion about whether we are the Swami Organic Seed company and if we sell seeds, we need to clarify that Swami Select, SPC is not affiliated with the company known as Swami Organic Seed in Oregon. Swami Select has never sold seeds.

In order to avoid future confusion by consumers and to protect our trademark rights, Swami Select has humbly asked Swami Organic Seeds to use a different name. Swami Select has not filed a lawsuit and has no intention of doing so; our hope is to resolve this amicably. We wish the individuals working with Swami Organic Seed continued success in their endeavors and are sending positive vibrations their way.
